How do you set your rates?

For cleaning, our rates are set based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms.

For organizing, errand running, and other home services; our rates are by the hour.  Estimated based on the task.

Do you conduct a background check on employees?

Yes, The Logical Organizer conducts official background checks on all employees.  No exceptions.

Are you insured & bonded?

Yes, we are insured and bonded.  Please contact us for access to supporting documentation.

Do you bring equipment and supplies?

Yes, we bring all equipment and supplies.  We use solutions which are meant to be less of a toxic burden to your health.  However, if you have special equipment or supplies, please let us know via the booking form when you make your appointment.

Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

Absolutely!  We have a 24 hours RE-clean guarantee.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your service, contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean your area of concern.

How will you gain access to my home?

We will gain access to your home based solely on your instructions.  You may leave them in the comments sections when you book your appointment.

What should I do with my pet(s)? Additional pet fee?

Some employees feel safe around pets, others don’t.  It is easier to place your free roaming pet(s) in an area which is not being cleaned so the cleaners can move quickly and safely through your home.  As you form relationship a relationship with your cleaner…and the cleaner with your pet, that may change!  : ) Currently, there is not an additional pet fee.

Do you offer Gift Cards? How can I purchase one?

Yes, we do offer gift cards!  The lucky recipient receives your gift instantly via email.  You may purchase your gift card online here.  Also, your gift receiver can redeem and manage the value online, as well!  Click here to purchase and manage your gift!
